When visiting this website, the following data may be automatically collected by our hosting provider (server log files):
- IP address
- Date and time of request
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
These data are collected to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website and are automatically deleted after a limited period.

Contact & Booking Inquiries
When you send us an inquiry — through the booking form or by e-mail — we process the data you provide (such as your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, project details and your message) for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR where the inquiry relates to a contract or its preparation, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Inquiries submitted through the booking form are transmitted via our form provider (see section 05) and delivered to our e-mail account. Our e-mail is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. As our hosting and e-mail provider, IONOS processes this data on our behalf and on our instructions, and is bound by the requirements for processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
Your inquiry is read and answered by a human. We do not use AI systems, automated decision-making or profiling to process your inquiry, and your data is not passed to providers of AI services (see section 12).
We retain inquiries for as long as necessary to handle your request and for any subsequent business relationship. Where statutory retention obligations apply (for example under commercial or tax law), we retain the data for the period prescribed by law and delete it afterwards. You may request deletion at any time (see section 08).

Use of Cookies
This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help us to make the website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure.
- Necessary storage: required for basic website functions (e.g. remembering your cookie choice and displaying images correctly). These are set on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) and do not require consent.
- Optional cookies (analytics / marketing): currently none are active on this website. Should we introduce them in future, they will only be set after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
When you first visit this site, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling necessary storage may limit the functionality of the website.

Third-Party Services
If we use external services (e.g., hosting, analytics tools, embedded videos, or fonts), personal data may be transferred to third parties. These services comply with the GDPR and process data only on our behalf.
We currently use the following third-party services:
- Hosting — IONOS SE: This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, IONOS automatically processes access data (see section 02) in order to deliver the website. IONOS acts as a processor on our behalf and on our instructions, subject to the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR. More information: ionos.de/terms-gtc/privacy-policy.
- Google Fonts (consent-based): This website can load fonts from Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These fonts are loaded only after you actively accept them via the cookie banner. When loaded, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address so the fonts can be delivered. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time (by clearing this site's storage in your browser). If you decline, the website uses locally available system fonts and no data is sent to Google. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
- FormSubmit (contact form): Our booking / contact form is processed via FormSubmit (a service of Archie Labs). When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, company, e-mail, phone, and your message) is transmitted to FormSubmit's servers and forwarded to us by e-mail. This may involve a transfer of data to servers outside the EU. Legal basis: processing of your inquiry, Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR. More information: formsubmit.co.

AI-Based Services
This website does not use any AI system to process your personal data. There is no chatbot or AI assistant on this site, and none of the information you enter — for example in the booking form — is transmitted to providers of AI services or used to train AI models. Inquiries you send us are read and answered by a human (see section 03).
Parts of the editorial texts on this website were drafted with the support of AI-based tools while the site was being built. No personal data of visitors was involved in that process. Every text was reviewed, edited and approved by a human before publication; editorial responsibility rests with Nijan Nimalan. Further details are set out in the AI Transparency section of our Legal Notice.
Should we introduce AI-based features that process personal data in future — for example a support assistant — we will update this policy beforehand and obtain your consent where required.
